Historically there has been a divide in training therapists in Couples Therapy and Sex Therapy. Yet sex is an important part of a couples’s relationship, and even the most seasoned EFT couples therapists often feel at a loss for how to work with a couples sexual concerns. Join EFT Trainer Dr. Silvina Irwin and Supervisor Dr. Lisa Blum in this immersive 2-Day training for therapists to address how to work effectively with a couples sexual concerns. We will offer discussions on theoretical foundations, clinical interventions, assessment protocols, and explore behavioral exercises to integrate seamlessly into your EFT practice. Review of clinical sessions and small group exercises will bring concepts alive.
